The interior is black leather, driver seat has a rip along the upper side(wear)

The problems..
The idle bounces when it is warmed up at idle... but only in gear at idle. The driver side automatic seat belt does not work so I pulled the fuse. There is a leak coming from the power steering hose near the back of the motor where the washers meet. The shocks and struts are not in good shape, they are stock so easy to replace. The front 2 rims are bent but they don't leak air and are still driveable. The armrest is also broke. I could fix it by making it permanent but have not done that.
