no electricals in the rear hatch work :(

Post by onebrickshy »

Hi,
in my '94 GS, neither the rear wiper nor the rear defog work. Is there a special fuse or connection somwhere that I might be missing. Or a ground or something? Has anyone ever had this before?

The defogger and rear wiper use different fuses, so my money is on a ground.

Or where the wires come from the body to the hatch, they're known to fray in there occassionally.

yeah check your fuses first thats the simple checks, also check the wiring harness where the hatch meets the body make sure no wires are frayed or damaged. Once those items are checked get back to us and we can help you out from there.
