Chasing Corvettes at July 22nd track day.

Post by Whisper »

Granted this was a novice group, but I'm still surprised I was able to keep up, as pretty much every car was a faster one. Not to mention it seems they were all running track tires, and I was the only one on street tires. The silver Corvette had way more power and would pull away in the straights.

BTW, I'm going on August 27th next, in case someone wants to come up here and join me. It's with the Alfa club, so you need to have some track experience.

It would be a fun track if they repaved it or something. The surface is in a sorry state in a lot of spots, and the number of potholes is growing. It's just really old and poorly maintained.

Driving a car, is this. Not drag's, not pull's , not even streetracing. This is the true love for cars. I really wish someday i get my car ready, to have a similar video. Thank you very much.
