ok so ihave been goin thro worklogs after worklogs and i notice all the zes hae the metal tube that runs along the front of the valve cover and my dont so is it a klde cause thats what happen to solo on the black car???? :shrug: :crying:
92 mx-3 gs,klde,spec stage II+ clutch,awr 88mounts, remaned axles,CAI,seven nipple ditsy, new alpine speakers,panasonic 7'' dvd deck ,10'' kicker l5, hei mod, removed air box. 17 sortmaxs 10 spoke white nexan n700 tires
now wrote off with a watermelon sized dent in the driver side quater panel

i had the codes checked by a friend ill check them next time im at the shop but he says the head code is kl31 1A1

They're ze heads don't worry! IIRC Mazda decided there was no need for that extra vacuum pipe later on.

soory this is a little off topic but does ac drain alot of power im trying to deside if im keeping it or not

KL-1A1 is a DE
KL31-1A1 is a ZE

Technically, only if you use it and running the compressor. I can't tell you how much since mine didn't. Besides, you've got a more powerful motor, so it would affect it less.
