Re: Help diagnosing
No s---, it's a magnet, that's how it works. Did you check the new one if it did the same thing when you put a metal object to it or not?

Re: Help diagnosing
Man some of you guys need a kick in the a--. Telling Mitmaks to try searching or that theres an online manual on the main page is practically insulting. The guys been here almost 9 years has over 6000 posts and has helped a lot people. Cant we assume that if a senior member asks a question he's done a search, checked the manual and either found nothing or found so much that it would be faster to ask a question than sift through search results? Or that he just wants to see if anyone knows an answer off the top of their head to save a little time? Telling a newbie about the search and manuals is one thing but Mitmaks?

Mitmaks IS a bodywork guy ![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)
But is it also not understandable that noobs want to fit in and will act how they were treated in order to do so?
Its somewhat the seniors' faults. We're a bit too mean sometimes. (can I say we?)

Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

Re: Help diagnosing
I guess. I used to be here alot at the early part of the decade, when I first got my MX-3. Then hadn't been here for a bunch of years till I could afford to buy and build an MX-3 the way I wanted to. It just seems like people are less willing to help each other now days. Makes me kinda sad.
