just let it burn dude. valve stem seals are a pain and not worth it I don't know what these guys are talking about on the k8 you need to remove your timing assembly(all belts) remove camshafts, then figure out how your going to get a spring compressor to work with nothing to clamp to. drive her till she blows you'd be surprised how many miles it will run. also you could put a 1/2 litre of diesel in your oil run it for 5 minutes idle only then drain your oil and put in 15w40 diesel oil and I'll bet it stops smoking
