Colin, you should do the angry eye mod to your hood, it'd complete the front end look.

Well right now I have a guy making CF eyelids that should be for sale in a week! So I will have pics up soon!
I can't do the engry eyes to my hood since it's CF and would have to be custom made... with alot of money! :welder:

I know you have a CF hood, so you obviously couldn't weld to it or anything

I thought you could just mold a couple more pieces of CF on the ends, I guess it wouldn't be seamless quality though because you'd have different CF patterns on it.

Thats right!

Now I got sick and tired of the stupid rusty steel battery tie down bar... So I made an Aluminum one! I am having a second one engraved with MX-3 on it and going to see if ppl want them and then sell them!

New Tsunami terminals and tie down

Here is my fiberglassed cover to clean the front up when the hood is open!
Image

And I go as far as replacing EVERY nut and bolt to Stainless steel ones to clean it up and get rid of rust!

Colin, I am very impressed with your attention to detail and your innovative ideas. I really like the progress you have made in the car, normally I am no fan of show cars, but I really like what you have done with your car. I love the system setup, it looks very clean, same with your lighting setup.

The idea to paint the fender wells with stock color was a good idea too, where did you get the paint? I hate grimy-grey looking stock wells.

Anyways, keep us updated, car looks great and the amount of pics you take is great as well.

Thanx for the compliments Solo!
I just took the paint code to NAPA and they mixed up a spray car for me! EACH wheele well took about 5 hours to clean and get rid of the undercoating! I figured I got new rims that can see right through into the wells... So at shows I want them to see how far I go to clean it up and it's the number 1 area people neglect and rust forms and looks like a--!
I am known for changing things in the Winter to keep it updated, so when you go to a show you don't see the same damn cars!

Looks great Colin. its definitly great when you start off with a car that is in such great shape. Seeing the car in person the other night was great and it looks even better in the pics. I could almost eat off your engine bay. It must be hell tying to keep it all that clean. I clean my engine bay and it gets dirty a few days later. Good luck man
