i have a stock GS guage cluster laying around and i was goign to try and fab it up to work in my probe
i was looking behind it (were all the light bulbs and what not are) and in the (from the back side) lower right hand corner theres a little "warning light" bulb missing, i shined a light through it and its jsut a blank orange square without a light bulb
i was wondering since i no civic and some other cars have them, is this a stock shift light? maybe it just doesnt come with a bulb in it from the factory? anyone no?

Re: stock shift light in guage cluster???
Probably just a leftover light. Mazda probably made the clusters with extra light spaces just in case and never used them.
