Re: johnmx3ze MX3 GS klze turbo!!! :Worklog:
good luck man, and don't forget, USE AN OIL RESTRICTOR ON THAT TURBO!!!!!!!! otherwise, the oil seals will crap out right away...just ask hgallegos
nice work otherwise man, I hope you have something for fuel management, otherwise everything will be for nothing.
IE: megasquirt, AEM EMS, etc, even FMU or APEXI safc, or the like.
good luck with it though. cheers.

I don't see the oil restrictor going to the turbo....
good luck not destroying the turbo in the first 10 seconds of use.

Re: johnmx3ze MX3 GS klze turbo!!! :Worklog:
okay man, just so your sure....the hole in the restrictor should be so small that you can't see through it man...some people have shown me their restrictors, and the hole is like 50 times too big....it really has to be super small.

BWAHA welcome to the dark side!!!!
also.. why didnt you clock the turbo to the front like most of us did? less piping.
Anywho any vids of it running?
oh and get rid of that narrow band.
nice and clean set up.
oh and se7en i right, the restrictor, you have to make it REALLY small.. smaller than the ebay ones and your turbo will last way longer.

yes i know my narrowband s--- sucks but when i bought my gauges i did not know about narrow and wideband... oh well i still have all winter to pick up money and i will probably buy a MSnS...
and for my restrictor i think its small enough...
where did you pass your return line because i know it has to be gravity level to go back to the pan but i think that i didn't pass it well...
