We're talking 6 bolts in total. Go for it. If those bolts aren't rusted, take then out. It will be alot easier to take the pan off.

I live within the Canadian maritime provinces, of course they're going to be rusted...and that's why the oil pan need replacing....it's paper thin due to rust.

I'll try one method (the wiggle) then fight the rusty bolts/nuts if that doesn't work.

Ur better off taking it off.

Take some release all and spray the s--- out of the bolts a few hours before u go for it and try.. air tools help too..

Before you put on a new pan, try rockguarding it first to help fight against rust
