Well this REALLY sucks.....THIS is why south park makes fun of canadians No offense to you mx owners.

I haven't been on here in a while but i think i may be picking up a 2nd mx for a daily driver so i thought i'd check up. As i can see...no progress. How is there nothing we can do to get our money back????

This does suck but I dont see what this has to do with being the punchline on southpark; do you mean to tell me that other than the mx-3 owners that Canadians are crooks; You seriously must live under a rock... That must have been the most ignorant comment yet this year on this forum.

There is usually nothing to be done in these matters because they typically boil down to a civil matter and not criminal.

You (Everyone) paid for a good that was not delivered which makes it civil. What you need to do is get a lawyer, police don't give a rats behind for these types of matters.

Trust me on this one.

So I went to their new web presence "xtremedoors.vstore.ca" Guess what -- they are having a clearance sale of hinges for some various models. None are mx-3. Boy that would burn me up if it were. The problem I have is that I received the hinge but no shocks/airsprings. Looks like all those clearance kits have shocks. I guess paying customers don't rate as high as potential customers.

By the way, did any of you see that there is a "Contact Us" link there? I sent them something. Let's see if the reply.

So I sent Extreme a message using the web store front. Apparently, they have abandoned their store, as not even their "contact us" link works... hard for me to imagine that they could run a business not being able to be contacted.

I'm curious. Anyone local to London area could initiate a small claims court action against them. Not sure if there's anyway to wrangle a class action small claims. Worth looking into tho.
