where is this actually located at? column? combo switch? gauge? somewhere else?

I have the combination switch, I THINK, and the gauge, I could pull it off of, but I don't recognize where that thing goes.

It is located under the dash , I believe its located near the steering column it should be a little white or black box with 7 wires going to it.
