KLZE Head Gasket

Post by daryl »

Hi,

I'm doing a head gasket etc on a KLZE, can I use a standard MX-6 gasket set or is there a specific KLZE set that I need?

Thanks

quite sure they're all the same as I mentioned in the mail i just sent you ;)

Only real difference in gaskets is inlet manifold. This will do you nicely:

I'm running that set with 215+ comp across the 6

Thanks for the info on Gaskets.

Found some headers in the UK:

are these the same as yours?

Thanks

nice one, look almost identical, better if anything! The ports look alot tidier. If it was me I'd buy them, if "Each set is tested and dyno'd for maximum performance." then at least fitment will be spot on :) Just remember your cat will have to be moved back about 8", but I'd imagine you'll get a custom catback to match anyway.

instead of catback just go to a shop that will put no cat in. just 2 1/4 back with a glasspack. That is... if you have no emissions.

Already got a catback at the moment, so will have to get something shortened somewhere.

Can I just use the Headers and keep my existing downpipe for now?
Until I have the money to get it shorteded.
