HLA testing for wear

Post by Vanished »

I'm inspecting my HLA's and they're saying that (with them full of oil) the bottom part that sits on the retainer shouldn't move when holding the top. Now, I tried this, and it moved about a .005 thousands of an inch, more like a click. very very slight. do they need replacing?? how much SHOULD they move if they are warn?
