Also, I can fabricate custom parts for you...or anyone. Currently I have a jig for custom turbo manifolds for both the B6 & BP series engines...in the process of creating a jig for custom B6 intake Manifolds.

The custom turbo manifolds can be flanged for any turbo you like.

i came apon the web site and i looked at it and i got to thinkin what area under the hood do you have to measure infront of the turbo to make the intercooler fite right?

You would want to put the air/air Intercooler between your front bumper and the radiator (or between the front bumper and AC condinsor if you have AC). You want the air coming in the front bumper to hit your intercooler first. If you want to place an IC in the engine bay you need to go with a liquid/air setup (your looking at EXPENSIVE for liquid/air setup!).

sorry to slightly thread jack...but, JWMotorsports, will you or do you have plans to make an intake manifold for BP's in the future?

--Oh, also for your intercooler set-up, be aware of the bumper re-bar, as some people remove them to fit (like mine is currently) but if its a daily driven street car, you might want to keep it. I plan on setting my intercooler up with different pipe routing, to try and fit the re-bar bumper back into place.
:)
