well actually if they are just the inserts wouldnt they fit the mx3 already...
(Just kinda of hit me)
I still cant find anywhere in the shop manual where it says there should be a 1in hole in the side of the block. (Blown K8) #6 rod thrown through block.

Well for one they make the front mount already. And who said u need to shim it??

Well for one they make the front mount already. And who said u need to shim it??
There`s an AWR post here aswell, and the Mx-3 mount was`nt a bolt-on.

I never used there MX-3 mount, but i have used thier Probe/MX-6 mount and its a direct bolt in.

AWR finished the rear motor mount...i'll post pics soon.
