HOw to DIY fix a/f ratio gauge?

I have problem trying to fix the turbo timer with a/f ratio to my k8.
from the manual i know the the white and blue/red wires are the o2 sensors wires. i tried on both wires but still cannot get the reading. pls help!

scan in the wiring diagram in the manual and we can further help you.
