Looking to possibly trade.
I have a 3 month (Mazda Dealership recently replaced) Driver side auto seatbelt and a regular functioning Passenger auto seatbelt assembly available.
Obviously I cant sell the autos until I receive the Manuals.

All Canadian MX-3s came with the manual belts, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
I've got a 100% walkthrough on how to change them over. I just need to finish inserting the pics so that it all makes sense. You can view it so far at: http://www.atlantamx3.com/mocaforum under the How To section. You'll be able to keep the auto headliner, A pillar and B pillar which will save you a good bit of money on parts and shipping. Usually you'd need all those parts from a manual belt car b/c there is suprisingly a big difference in the parts between the two seat belt types.

Re: [WTB] Manual Seatbelt assemblies
I have a set from a 323. As far as I know, the fit Escorts, so I think they should fit the MX3. I'm missing one peice (metal bracket) so on Monday, I'm going back to get some. I'll get you pics then.Blazianenigma wrote:Looking to possibly trade.

Just a note, but if you do it the same way I did (and I know I still haven't finished the write-up), but you won't need the B pillar, A pillar and headliner from a manual belt MX. The deal is that the manual belted cars use different A pillar, B pillar, no plastic piece between the A and B pillar like the auto belts and thus the manual belt headliner is different so that it goes to the door's edge. I kept all the auot belt interior pieces and fit the manual belts into the auot belt interior and only drilled two holes in the b pillar trim to accomidate the shoulder belt bolts.
Anyway, just trying to save you some money...
