Putting on smaller tires
I'm replacing 205/55/15 with 195/60/15. I'd like to know if narrowed tires will fit on the same rims so they don't slide off or something ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

Don't worry, your switch is not dramatic enough to be hazardous. It can happen but not with the size you're talking about

Today's tire technologie as greatly evolved, why bother 195...put wider...205 even 215. 7J MEANS 7 INCH wide. consult a tire guide fitement book and you will see what kind of tolerance a certain rim can accept. You will be surpise.
