what do you mean, it cranks for while before it'll start? How old is your battery?

sometimes low/old battery will make it crank for while. Of course low amp battery would crank for longer than higher amp battery, especially if its cold

i also have a 95 dohc, mine does the same thing. sometimes takes about 5 to 6 seconds to start and other times bam starts instantly. i also replaced the injectors, pump, filter. have you tried testing your fuel pressure regulator? either too low or too high of pressure makes longer crank times. test the line pressure.

That would indicate that it is more likely to be a lean out condition. You will need to have someone pressure test the fuel system and check the manifold vacuum to narrow it down to not enough fuel or to much un-metered air.
Since it is a DOHC there is a possibility that the EGR valve is defective bleeding back into the intake as well. To bad your car wasn't one year newer and had OBDII then all you would have to do is plug in a scanner into the OBDII port and datalog all the stored and real time data.
