Ok I had previously mentioned buying a hi flow cat or a straight pipe, did so, got it, looked under the car today to see exactly where it would fit....not happy. I didn't even realize I had such a huge resonator in there and didn't quite see the cat but I couldn't see very well. So, now I'm looking for an affordable cat back exhaust for a 95 1.6L DOHC 4 cyl, something direct bolt on and I'm considering matching this up with the header on corksport. I BSed on previous cars but I'd really like to do this car right.
It's kind of important that this thing bolt on directly as welders kinda cost a lot in this area.
Addendum to last exhaust dilema.....

vibrant by toucan also has one for the 1.6l dohc..... if your in canada you can get it through canadian tire as it will only cost about $330
95 rs with custom short ram air, b&m short throw shifter, probe 2.0L header with 2 1/4" exhaust all the way back, catco high flow cat, apc high flow muffler with 4.5" tip, accel 8 mm wires, blaze red, cf altezzas, gun metal 17" mr7s, slotted cross drilled rotors on the way with hawk hps pads, red and white interior, other then that its stock.
