would a bpt swap in a 93 mx3 1.6 SOHC, ive heard of it swaping with a dohc but i just wanted to know with it would swap with a sohc.

Actually it's suppose to be much easier because (if i remember right) the wiring harness just plugs right into the BP, you just need the right ECU, while the harness on the DOHC requires significant modifications but still doable

yes, it is very easy. I would still get the protege Harness and ECU cause it takes seriously 10 minutes to change the harness and then you don't have to play with the vics wireing.
