Hey, can these Eeprom's pop into any K ECU and work? I still have my K8 ecu sitting around...

My friend has an OBD2 probe with a ZE..i put it in for him, but his ECU is stock...and as far as i know the OBD2 ECU's will not work with this chip.

Never done a dyno before so perhaps someone could explain. Is there a before and after chip install depiction?

Yeah we did a dyno with the stock US eprom and the car gained 3-5 WHP with the mike seli Chip. And then the dyno i posted was the Seli chip Vs. the EPROM we made.

would you be willing to solder the chip to the ecu if we send you our ecu?

what octane fuel is this tuned for?

do you have a/f ratios for either of the 2 dyno's?

thanks for the pm. its totally reasonable and believable that you gained that much from tuning to 91 octane since k series v6 mazda's are tuned for 87.

for some good stuff with good price

i'm getting one for two reasons. 1 way cheaper than kl31 and 2. lots of praise for thse from guys who used them on mx6.com.

just waiting to be able to shell out a bit of coin, then i can swap and share my experiences.

As you probably noticed, Slammed6 doesn't come on here regularly and if you're waiting on a direct response from him it may be better to email him directly for info. FWIW
