need help guys, wierd sound????

Hey guys ,, I am hearing a sort of a bumping sound when I go over larger bumps from my rear right side. Sort of sounds like it is coming from the underside of the car. It's probably not a suspension problem, but maby a support arm or something... CAN ANYONE HELP ME.. I would rather buy and install the part myself!<P>ANDREW*

I'm having the same problem but it's coming from the front passenger side & I think it is a suspention thing. Then again it could be an arm or my spindle... I would like some help on this as well.

i have the same thing <BR>its the muffler or the suspension link<BR>they are rubber and fail. but im 80% sure its the muffler.

king fischer, it's most probably a suspension link, that's what it sounds like<BR>quazi5, I have the same freakin' problem, I had the car looked at, it can be a zillion things, but try to replace both front suspension link, or it could be a tie rod end or a freakin' balljoint. I had new KYB shocks installed,everything was fine or 3 weeks, than, the noise came back.I think I have a ghost under the hood instead of an engine!
