what oil is the best for the mx-3...and best spark plugs, ive heard NGK's?

Ya NGK work good on k8 as for oil Id use 5w30 as it winter and pretty cold

RNDM, welcome to MX-3.com. You'll find most of your answers have been answered in great depth already and specifically within the past week. Really no need to go through all of it again when the search function will produce gobs of info. If after the search there's still some unanswered questions than I'm sure that the more intuned members will be able to furnish those unique answers.

I think the basic questions would be needed tho, what year/model Mx-3, what engine and what's the millage?
