LOL. Could argue that either way I guess. But I don't see any huge chrome rims or other cosmetic bling I normally associate with the term. vote = not a ricer.
I'd say yes, a ricer. Why? b/c he ahs a home made mod that probably looks alot more than it performs, if it performs at all. I'd bet my ZE that thing will not stay on the road.
ZE -strait neck,headers,2.5 exhaust,pheno spacers,lower cross member,GC coils,MS struts,Brembo slotted rotors,filled MS mounts,SS brake/clutch lines, CAI,to rear bat reloc,Hella headlamps,Hella DE fogs 180WHP
That's so funny!
I saw a Jetta with an aluminum wing while riding with friends down I-295 whose plate read "JET BOY" We pulled up next to him; I put down the window, looked at him, and just shook my head. He gave us some suprised look, and when we all laughed at him he got pissed and floored it. My boy downshifted and walked right past him in a pretty much stock Contour SVT with four passengers. Perfect ricer story.

My husband and I were taking a new guy in his unit to his apartment one day last week, we saw the most hilarious thing in the parking lot.
Some guy had taken this really old beat up van (don't recall what company or model it was) and with the use of duck-tape spelled "NOS" in letters taking up his back windows.
We were laughing our a**es off and laughed even more when we looked at the side of the van and saw he had also duck taped his windows onto the van.
If we're ever back over there and have my camera on me, I'll try to take a picture of it.
