90. . .after a 9 mile run. I can do 30 one handed (15 each arm). Been training hard for about one year. . .

LOL...It's funny because I do the same thing. You should have seen the look on my gf's face the first time she got in the car with me and i picked up the remote! Priceless!!!

I've done 100 straight before to win some contest at a gym. I can do at least ten or so one-handed on each arm. I guess I'm in pretty good shape for a small guy. I weigh 150~155lbs. and bench ~225lbs.
