I've seen someone with a honda civic from 95, it was ugly white and lowered but it had stock wheels and NO body mods. The thing ran 12.3 seconds on the 1/4. THAT'S a sleeper. They are made to make people think there is nothing special under the hood when in reality, it could give you a run for your money, easily.
