Their customer "service" sucks BIGTIME but dont think they have cheated anyone..

Theyre just slow as hell and usually sells parts they havent got in stock and then it takes them from anywhere from 2-6months before they get them in stock

I ordered KYB E-Spec struts off of them, knowing it was a one month backorder, but after a month and 2 weeks of waiting, they never arrived and were still another 2 weeks on backorder. I don't really blame them for this since it is out of their control. So i upgraded to the Koni adjustables, which they had in stock, and they had them over the border and to my house in under a week

I got my MS mounts from them along with some other stuff. They said "in stock," but it was like 3 months before they showed up. Yeah, customer service wasn't so great, but I did get my stuff... eventually.

I have to agree, they can be slow at times as I have had a couple things show up quick and a couple be really slow. But really, I have never heard of them screwing anyone over.
