Ask yourself why you're getting a kit. Is it to make people notice your car? Then from those two, I'd choose the BC2. Is it to give your car a subtley more aggressive look? I'd choose the MS. Is it to make it look as nice/cool/clean/whatever as you possibly think it could look? No one can make that decision but you.

what if i take like a MS front and put it with aggressor sides/rear

are the heights too noticable and make it look bad?

hmmmm i've seen many cars w/ the MS front and then aftermarket aggressive sides/back and i didn't think it was very noticeable or didn't go well together or anything like that, it's just the fact that i hate aggressive body components that turned me off... search cardomain... that has basically every combonation possible as far as body kits components...

Honesly I dont know why... I love this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... ename=WDVW

I dont like the rear bumper..also I dont want to lower my car because it would
scrape everywhere.. still I love that front. With projectors it looks awesome.

thats the one i have, i really love the look of it. my car isnt lowered, and theres lots of ground clearance, so lowering it a bit wouldnt matter if thats what you wanted to do.

Reasons to go with the Mazda Speed
1. It was made from Mazda for the MX3. You dont see other cars out there with a similar bodykit
2. We see too many BC2 and agressor bodykits on other cars (Civics, Accords, Neons, Del Sols, ect). Well, they dont call them BC2 bodykits but they look exactly like the BC2. In other words, its nothing unique like the Mazda Speed.
3. The Mazda Speed is higher off the ground than the BC2 so you wont always have to worry about how you go over a bump

i dunno, imo it looks weird.
Those sideskirts are way ugly and should NEVER go with a MS front bumper

go OEM or MS... that's the only way to go as far as i'm concerned... gro harlem has an active thread trying to revive interest in getting a group buy for side skirts, so search for it... they're really nice sides... and price isn't outrageous either...
