can't access website

when trying to access http://www.dodge-charger.com i cant get on. It works on other computers but not this one all of sudden, how would i fix that?

ive tried to uninstall any microsoft updates, cleaning cookies, temp folder etc still doesnt work

Have you tried downloading and installing Mozilla's Firefox browser? I had so many popup problems with IE that I switched to Firefox and it seems to work exceptionally well.. even has a few nice features that IE doesnt have. Just a thought.

no im not, theres 2 other computers here and it doesnt work on them either, ( we share dsl)

How are you sharing your DSL? Do you have a switch or hub?

mine is hooked up through USB and other one is wireless

Sounds like you are using a router then. Try this.. click your start button, click run.. type in CMD and hit enter.. this will open up your command line dos window.. type in Ping 63.105.73.229 (This is the IP address of that web site.. we are checking for basic connectivity at this point.) Post back your Ping results.

Oops.. sorry thought you were running windows XP.. damn.. I havent had to work with 98 for a bit.. I do have a computer at work that is using it though.. let me work with it tomorrow for a bit to get a procedure for you. Another question for you though.. you say you connect via USB.. are you connected directly to your DSL modem?

Btw.. if you ever get the chance.. you should replace your USB connection with a Ethernet connection (different cable type.. faster connection speed)
