i think its an awsome car, very well done.....that is of course if i dont look at that back. its a creative of them to use the front air dam in the rear bumper but just looks weird to me, not to mention the huge space between the caddy lights and.....i guess thats a grill?? just dont like it, but alot of work went into it, so ill give them that. definatly not a grocery getter lol seeing is how the hatch is molded shut

Holy ---- that is nasty. I can't beleive I haven't seen that before. WOW that person had a severe lack of taste. The headlights got it going on. But the front bumper doesn't even come close to lining up flush with the hood. And that rearend.... Why god did that guy have to choose an MX-3...

not to sound like a prick, but if you cant do better, you shouldnt talk trash. Custom work isn't easy, and isnt ever what is expected.

I know custom work isn't easy. Believe me I know that of all things. I just did a crap load of body work to my car before painting it and that was very tedious. Its like anything though, you can dump a pile of money and/or man hours into something and it can still very much suck. Like take myself for example, I can go rent a tux, and get a haircut, lift wieghts, run, etc.. and i'll still be and ugly idiot... but i'll be an ugly idiot with lots of money invested into myself? So that makes me look awesome then?? Just cause someone wastes ALOT of money on something doesn't mean its cool. And putting a caddilac tailight assembly on an mx-3, or any other car for that matter. Is just plain silly. And that really makes it look retarded. I'm still trying to understand alot of people on this board. Just because someone else has a mx-3, and they do stupid s--- to it, why does that mean you like it? Is it just cause someone else is modifing a MX-3? Maybe its just cause I used to own a civic, and there were other civics all over the place that stupid people were trying to make cool. If I posted pictures of a dodge neon with a HUGE bodykit on it and some buick taillights, and dumb custom molded crap everywhere, everyone would think its a ricey piece of crap. But then someone does it to a mx-3, and people are like "wow, there was alot of work put into that, so that makes it cool". I just don't get it.

In most ways I totally agree with you. I hate it when people are like "look at that ricer, I bet he only has intake and exhaust or something. That ********!" Then I ask "So what have you done to your car?" They reply " Intake and exhaust but I have a turbo in the works" But it has been in the works for 8 months.... So if it is their own car then it isn't rice. I gave my car a nice paint job but when I got the car, it had gold rims. So I call my car rice.

To each their own.

I agree 100% and its about time someone else said it
I remember I got flamed by like 5 people because I posted my opinion on that MX3 that looked like a Honda Del Sol but with crappy tail lights and Walmart Fake Rims.
People started saying that I should keep my mouth shut and how I was somehow a "Internet Thug". Than they went on saying that the Del Sol looking MX3 was pretty nice because the guy who owned it spent alot of money on it and alot of work and time on molding Del Slow lights on it
Come on people, get real!

Anyway, i dont like that Mx3. It looks like a POS espically the front bumper.
MX3s like those give MX3s a bad name just like the Del Sol looking MX3s. Infact, i am getting tired of people making their MX3s look like Del Sols espically since they can just trade in their MX3s for a Del Sol. Its cool to put Honda Civic lights on the front (does look pretty nice on a mx3) or front Integra lights on the front but not because the person who would do this would spend alot of time, money and effort to mold the lights on there. There nice because they look nice on a MX3.
Hell, I wouldnt mind a MX3 that looked like a RX7. As long as it looked nice.
