got 17" how low

I have 17" Tenzo r shu 4's and i was wondering how low should i go? I also have stock struts

Dude, what colour you got?I've got the same ones but silver.I'm droppin it 2". 2" is a good number. Fills the gap up and get really low for handling wise.~A

dropping your car 2 inches does NOTHING for your car handling wise unless you use a strut/spring combination thats made to perform at that height with your car. Thinking that just a 2 inch drop will improve the handling characteristics of ur car is a "ricer" mentality. That being said, a 2 inch drop is probably the most you should go on an mx with 17's.

Hey i got the silver ones too. What springs or coilovers did you use to get a 2" drop. What kind of tires do u have? i have some falkens.

id say you should lower your car as much as you would with your stock tire and wheel combo. 2 inches is very low for an mx3. i think anyway

What kind of tires do u have? i have some falkens.<hr></blockquote>I just have cheapies on there right now - Yoko H4s.The combo I'm going to use is ZX2 struts (0.5" drop) and 1.5" drop springs (not sure on these yet).And yes dropping it 2" will help the handling. Especially when you have stiffer springs, struts, both tower bars, both stronger lower strut bars, and sway bars too.~A
