So one of my friends ordered a BC2 kit from Krazy Kustoms, after waiting since March, he finally got it, but it looked like the shipping company used it to prop up the truck to change the tires. So he filed a claim, and Krazy Kustoms is sending him a new kit out, at no charge to him, and letting him keep the old kit. So's I got's to thinkin, 'Wonder if the MX-3 is the same width as the Cavalier?' I went over to his house today, measured it all up, the front bumper is EXACTLY the same width, within a quarter inch of each other, the back bumper is about a half inch to wide (ooh ooh), and I have to take around 8 inches out of the side skirts! But I am going to have a BC2 kit on my car. <img src="http://www.henshinauto.com/shop/images/full/d_48.jpg" alt=" - " /> Tell me what you think.

mitmaks- thats what I figured. I was going to do all speed, and keep the body stock, with a cf front GS lip, but free is just too good to pass up.
pyro- yeah, but your like 1800 miles away, so its all good. are you putting the buddy club 2 or the normal buddy club on?
probably won't be on the car until next spring, but I will be taking pics as a start the work. Got to wait for my buddy to get his new kit, then he said this one is all mine. I'll keep you all updated.

I would definitely try cutting the stock mx3 bumper right below the headlight line and molding it onto the lower part of the cavy bumper. Make sure you fiberglass both inside and out, sand down very well, and bondo. Don't hit anything or it will crack very easily.
Combat kit, Spectra blue paint, shaved, Black ADR flite 4 17's/ Yokahama ES 100's, straight through 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, CAI, Straight neck IM KLZE, poly filled motor mounts, Kl48/ Eprom chip, black altezzas, Wet Zex 75 shot, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Cosmo AFPR, GS SE all black interior, RF 1kbd amp, RF 12 HE2's (2), US acoustics 4 channel amp

Re: Cavalier Buddy Club 2 on an MX-3!
thanks for the tip MX3man83, but I am probably just going to scratch make the top portion in between the headlights, so I don't have to deal with the urethane not wanting to mold to the fiberglass, not to mention I don't want to have that oval in between the headlights. I notice that you are in Tucson, you might have seen my boy out there, drives a white cavalier, slammed on coilovers, silver 17's, used to be running nitrous, with tinted windows, and it has J-Bom stickers on the doors in blue. If you see him out, tell him you talked to me and say hi.
