How do you install hood pins on a CF?

Hey guys I have a CF OEM hood on the way and would like to know what its gonna be like to drill for the hood pins. Can you drill thru CF w/out having it fray? How do you get a straight hole thru cf and the frame?

well first things that u need are a dremel
a bunch of drill bit
painters tape

some grease
needle nose plyers
a screw driver
