WHATS UP WITH CORKSPORT??

Hey guys,<BR> Am I the only one that has trouble with these guys? Every time I order somethin from them, even if I order something as simple as clear lights, it gets delayed a day from shipping out, I call back for a tracking number and they give me the wrong one, and then I call back a third time and the guy cant seem to find my order?? The bummer is that these guys are the only place to get mx-3 stuff and I dont really want to piss em off. I love corksport. Their salespeople are very helpful and really nice. I've ordered a couple things from them and they came within 4 or 5 days.

Yes I love them too but its hard to get shipping info and they dont have just one person that does shipping and recieving. I havent had the pleasure of doing business with them . Didnt you buy the clears from Finchuck?

I didnt mean to sound Snare on that post, sorry, That is surprising from what others have said about the company. The good thing I guess is that the Miata clears fit the sides and other companies produce these, Sorry this is happening to you,I bet it just your overexcited like me sometimes, and just cant wait to get them,<P>Let me know when they show up and how Cork sport took car of the problem, <BR>Chris

Hey SmaMitches,<BR> Well I guess I wasnt overexcited cuz I called today and they never got sent out. Ben was a lil confused and said that he couldnt find the trackin number and that he was just gonna send me out some new stuff. Which means that they never went out in the first place. Oh well I think from now on unfortunately I am going to be in search of a new mx-3 accessory dealer. This sucks cuz they had everything. Well, I have delt with corksport a few times myself. I like them personally, and I would only order from them. Tey are VERY reputable and most people dont have a problem with ordereing. I persoanlly have had problems with this Ben person when ordereing. Not saying that he doesnt know his job, but I would prefer to speak with Derrick. One problem I see is that when people order stuff, they get real anxious and want it NOW! I can understand that Its your money and you want it right away, Im one who wants it right away. But realize they get lots of calls from all over the world. One mistake shouldnt ruin it. Hey custom,<BR> I could understand the wait thing but the items were NEVER sent out. I placed two seperate orders on one day and neither of them were sent. I know they are reputable but I purchase alot of stuff over the internet and it seems that of the four times I have ordered things from them, about one out of every two orders get either misplaced or forgotten about.
