Be advised that when you open Photoshop, it sends an email to them telling them the serial number, ISP, and IP of the person using it. This is an anti-piracy measure. Just be careful.

I don't think thats possible about the email... alot of users work offline and I myself on a separate work station that is not connected online. But then I'm using a licenced version of course ^^
