Just Installed MS8 Mani and TB and now have poor throttl

As the topic says I just installed an MS8 mani and TB and now have really poor throttle response. The car idles funny and doesn't clear up until after 3500 rpms. I checked all vacuums and tried adjusting tps and have had no luck. If any one can think of anything let me know and tell me what your tps are set at. I also installed the new headers from psi tuning amd a new intake, fidanze flywheel and new clutch all at the same time. Top end works pretty good but low end something is not right. Tell me what you guys think.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Get some starting fluid and spray all over the intake manifold and TB. If it's not poor seating, it could also be you had a spare vacuum connection or two that the new manifold had extra, and you need to plug them off.
