hey korban did you get your engine yet?if not report them to the BBB i did and maybe we'll get better results from osaka if they have a few complaints.i talked to a lawyer today he said he couldn't beleive osaka could try to pull off what their doing but he told me i would pay less for shipping then hiring a lawyer.and by the way when i last spoke with osaka he told me that if there was an egr on my engine it didn't come from japan well mine has an egr,but they still refuse to send me a ze unless i pay shipping and the guy is so ****y about it.this is so frustrating i live in n.s. so it's quite a ways to travel,is there anyone who lives near osaka who would be willing to go over there and punch a guy named john in the mouth?

well in the end i had to pay to ship the engine back and they paid to ship me the real klze,it was cheaper than getting a lawyer.
i would not recommend anyone buy from osaka the guy there was a total a$$hole, and the engine that i finally got, although it was very clean it had a big hole burned into the timing belt cover right through the timing belt where i'm assuming they used a torch to cut the motor mount.I thought i would be saving money with osaka but in the end after paying shipping twice and all the other aggravation of dealing with those a$$holes it wasn't worth it.And by the way the better business bureau is completely useless.

I just don't understand how people like this can even stay in business. Did the KL-ZE you got finally actually half way decent? That proves that they aren't just retarded, but truely trying to screw people.
