i know it is off topic of this board. sorry!!
i brought a stuff from US ebay via UPS.
the stuff i'd already received and used it.(they didn't collect any fee when the time i got it)
today (a month later), i received a charge from UPS, it said "our records indicate that no money was collected, please pay immediately"<p>Should i pay it? (the Brokerage is so high)
what happen, if i don't pay?
anyway to deal with it?<p>A BIG HELP THX

You will have to Pay. Normally, they collect the custom/broker fee when the delivery the package. The fee can very from $10 and Up.

Never ship with UPS. Their a god damn rip off. Every time they either sitck you with a borkerage fee thats throguh the roof or they come back at you and tell you after you've sent the package that they charged the wrong amount. SC*EW YOU UPS!

that why if you ship something over 10, you call a customs broker to clear the item for you...not ups. they will give you a better deal.

EMS is a great for shipping, and if it's a small package, you should get the sender to label is as a "GIFT" so there is a greater chance of NO taxes
