Hey, has anyone seen this loser, hes ripped myself off as well as some others. I know he still visits the site and one of my friends has seen him but he will not respond to any type of communication. This has been going on way too long, just send me the indiglo gauges that I paid for or just ship my money back. If anyone is going to buy anything off David Prpa don't, he's just a rip off artist.
