Poping on 5th

I think this maybe a common problem
I can't stay in 5th gear, and shifting into reverse is quite hard as well.

Everytime I shift to fifth, it will pop out of it if I step on the gas.
Is that a easy problem to fix? or better leave it to the professionals?

The plastic piece that's in the socket now came loose and now is stuck on the spark plug, any good way to get it out?

Let me put a picture of the front with the faceplate off. So is the rectangular hole on near the upper right corner of hole for the cassette the right one (right above the screw)? Where is the other one then? Thanks, BTW, I'm in Atlanta. Here's the image http://img190.echo.cx/my.php?image=cddeck25xr...

for the rear brake piston, do I need the special tool to twist it back in?
or I can just use a clamp to push it back?
Thanks

How to remove a headunit of Sony XR-U110

Do I need any special equipment for that?
And, the unit has a CD button, but it's only a cassette player, what is that used for?

I can slide the caliper partially out, but the brake line is limiting how far it can pivot out (not enough to put the pad in). How do I get more room with that?

Thanks. Now i have problem removing the rear pads. How do you take the caliper off so there is enough room to put the pads in? Looking at the manual, it seems like you can just untighten one bolt to remove take the caliper off. Is that right? And, do i use the clamp to push the piston back? thank yo...
