Re: Car won't start - Have searched and searched
Check your timing belt tensioner. If thats given up the ghost.. your valve timing would be way off. Easier check than tearing down your entire timing belt cover would be to do a compression check.. if you have really low numbers.. you can figure that the cylinders arent building proper compression p...

[WTB] KLDE Pistons - Full set w/ Connecting rods
Pretty much as the title says.. fishing around to see if anyone has a set of OEM ones laying around they want to get rid of. I am in no real hurry here.. just thought I would check the waters here before checking probetalk & some of the other sites where these might be more common. Lemme know wh...

Re: [WTB] Automatic Shifter
Thanks man, but I found one.
Cheers and good luck with your swap. Get a midget to help you with the clutch pedal assembly if possible.. cause that was one tight fit LOL

[WTB] Automatic Shifter
As some of you know, I sold my RS to some friends at work. Well someone broke into it over the past weekend and attempted to steal the car. They jimmied the ignition tumbler and forced the shifter out of park into neutral where it is now stuck. So the car is going to need a new shifter most likely s...

Re: Feedback: Rece
I'll add another positive for Rece. I got some wraparound spoiler screw cap covers from him. He made a special trip to his local mazda dealer for them. Ordered them for me, then went back and picked them up and shipped them to me for a fair price. I definitely appreciate it man. Would definitely dea...

Re: Tunes67 - 92 MX-3 GS
Still kickin around a bit ;) I installed some ebay HID Projectors on my GS. I was skeptical about them when I bought them, but couldnt see a comparable solution to replacing my utterly crap stock originals. Both were in bad bad shape and it was just too much to get glass euro ones. Plus then I would...

[WTB] Screw caps for wrap around spoiler
I need both caps. Would prefer blaze red.. but can work with any color. Caps must be undamaged and have both hooks on each one. Thanks.

Re: Washington / Oregon Meet?
Ok.. so I know this event is in Packwood WA.. but where? I have found lots of sites that talk about the smackdown in packwood.. but no address or anything. Likely I could drive down there and ask around.. but I would prefer a little more information if possible ;) Looks like the weather is going to ...

Re: Ticking?
What is the voltage reading at the battery? And yeah.. I have the same clutch switch issue. But.. the clicking/ticking sound you are likely hearing is the starter solenoid. Its kicking the starter drive gear in.. but for one of several possible reasons.. the starter itself isnt spinning. Here is a l...

Re: Can't get the timing right
That stuttering sounds like missfiring. At night or in a pitch black garage (with proper exhaust ventilation of course ;)) fire it up and watch for arcing around the distributor cap, especially your modded coil tower. Also watch for arcing around the plug wires. If you see flashes or arcing.. that c...

Re: Kent WA - Short lifed junk mx3
Yeah Covey's will ding you for the small stuff for certain. Pull-a-Part junkyards seem to get MX-3's every so often. There are 3 of them. Tacoma (the biggest one) Lynnwood (the smallest one) and Arlington (the nicest junkyard I have ever seen.. they even have the rows PAVED!!!) The one in Arlington ...

Re: Washington / Oregon Meet?
Barring anything tragic.. I should make it on Saturday. Will be a day trip for me so I will likely only hang out for a couple of hours though. Would still be cool to meet n greet and see some MX-3's ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Projector Lens Longevity?
Thanks guys.. just want to get rid of the dreaded "Yellow Lens" syndrome that the stock lights always end up with. If these lenses are better.. that would be a great bonus not to have to buff the lights 2-3 times a year ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
