OK, if you think a fuel pump is a waste of money than thats ur decision.

My decision is to upgrade, your car will have better throttle response. Its worth it.

I always tell everyone, you WILL notice a difference when changing the fuel pump on a N/A car. I noticed on both my MX-6 and MX-3 the car seemed to react better when open her up.

And as everyone else said just get one for a Probe/Mx-6

Honnestly, I would like it to be clutch, but it sounds like it's working backwards, I would have though if the clutch was slipping, if i was racing at the track, it would redline prematurely instead of standing still It would...thats y i said it really doesn't make sense to stand still. If a clutch...

So if my codes are showing a problem with the EGR and with a new EGR being around $500 from Mazda can I just remove it from the engine altogether? You can...it will not hurt performance, although u will get a "check engine" light. Your gas milage will suffer a lil, but no performance will...

Everyone says clutch!

Its easy to see if its that. Drive the car in 5th gear, rev the car to a good rev like 5-6000 RPM and dump it while your rolling. The clutch should grab and the car will stay at a steady RPM. If the RPM's go up and the car is still at that same pace, then its the clutch. Easy

The only way u can fool a US ECU is by giving ur EGR a vacuum and having the electrical connector plugged in. You don't have to connect it to your hea...
