( The same guy has a turbo KLZE Festiva) http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg162/damkid_photos/IMG_0240.jpg also there was another member earlier this year swapping a KJ millercycle into a mx3. last i knew the en...

yup. just grease them up with anti seize when you install them at a minimum. Thats what i did. Back in 2007 when i installed them. Still on the original set after all this time without any issues.

Re: Alternator rebuild
Millenia rebuild kit wont work on a MX3 alt though. Since the factory MX3 alt is a Mitsubishi sourced unit. And the Millenia is a Nippon Denso sourced unit.

Re: Should I do a KLG4 Crank Swap?
people have fit the KJ into probes, and protege5's. so if it fit in the very low hood of the probe, the mx3 shouldnt be any harder. but no one has been able to figure out the electrical of the swap. personally i cant wait till someone finally figured out one of those swaps with a MTX. and the Par ge...

Not a fan. At least of both the pic's here. They do nothing for the lines of the car and look totally out of place.

Re: aftermarket rear control arms/trailing arms???
For upgraded trailing links, find a Escort ZX2 in a junkyard. they came from the factory with tubular steel ones instead and bolt right on to the MX3. they also have a slight bend to them giving you quite a bit more tire clearance!

Since people were drooling over the 5 lug swaps. here's my best friend scotts mx3. 5 lug swap, much larger 1st gen PGT turbo brakes all around, RX8 wheels, on D2 coilovers. it also has Tiburon leather seats, and a dash conversion. http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/422128_3118539676089_18871...

Re: In home car system.
My original garage stereo was this set up, but a little bigger. ;) lol i was running a Optima redtop battery with a car battery charger feeding it on low. off the battery i had a old pioneer cd player, feeding two 3 way technic house speakers. then i had a 1800watt power acoustic amp feeding two 15i...

Re: FOUND 2.5L ford probe engine. *PICS added*
Im an avid junkyarder and see KL's in yards pretty much daily. but ive never seen the dirt and dust layer up like in that 1st picture you posted. That engine had been sitting for a LONG time. im talking probably years to get like that. but for the price, you def cant complain. and you still got the ...

Re: Straightneck fitment, Throttle body bore, some "new" inf
KLZEporche disappeared cause of the BS with advertising when you dont pay for it. And the PT higher up's really are sticklers to those rules. He kept on getting warnings about selling stuff without being a sponsor, and decided just to distance himself for the time being. Personally i think the adver...

Re: KL swap, no idle! Out of ideas.
It will toss the ATX codes. but that wont really effect anything. Hell, all the Maf conversions everyone have done used a Millenia ECU which only came in ATX.
