without the vaf plugged in i don't think the car would run. i tried once by mistake and my car would idle, but when i touched the gas it would stall.

the back line is a rather short line. it would be easiest if you first took out the battery and then remove the tb. the tb really isn't hard to remove, just look at the online manual, it should only take 15 to 20 min.

that sounds a little steep. and i asume you are talking american. get a good aftermarket clutch for like $500 CND then ask them to change the clutch and the fork. it might be the labour that is killing you though so i would recomend you do it yourself, or get a friend to do it. but as for the klze a...

i have one question.... for our exhaust would it almost be better to turn the headers around and have the pipe come out the front ( put the front header on the back and vice versa). then of course bend it to go whereever you want.

and also flush out the engine itself. not just the rad. you may have a buildup someplace in the engine.

the vris points would be a little different but not a whole lot, it would be hard to tell if they s--- at different rpms unlesss you have one guy bring the rpms up and another guy watch the vris point then figure out what the rpms opened at, then do the same with the other ecu. the best way would be...

a breather is a really small filter you can get from canadian tire or rice shops. i put one on the hose that runs to the valve covers but it looks like crap sitting there and i didn't notice anything performance wise, so i took it off. it didn't do anything bad mind you. i think the intake sucks in ...

i assume you are talking about the engine. yes it fits. the kl03 is a klde. 2.5l, etc. search under klde and you will find all the info you need.
