I swapped my broken MAFS with an 1988 RX-7 non turbo. After I reconnected everything the car started for about 2 seconds and then cut off. I started it again and tried giving it some gas but i just died faster. Is the new MAFS dead? Do I just need to tune it? Please help.

Swapping MAFS
I just installed a cold air intake on my car and when i did i ****ed with and broke my MAFS. I have read in a few places that it can be swapped with one from an RX-7. What year is right for my car and will I be able to swap it directly or will I have to change or modify wiring. I have a 92 MX-3 1.6 ...
