Theres no pressure in lines when the engine is running or rapped up and I can't actually see the water moving. yeah, it didn't blown the head gaskets and from what i can tell it didn't warp the heads either, but i haven't pulled them off yet. i just cant get the pump to move any water. the pulley spins with the belt..... it just won't move water

I was working on the car and had to get the right belt that goes on the steering and water pump. while i was gone my girlfriend drove my car to the grocery store and back. All the fluid boiled out of the overflow and now i can't get my pump to move any water. Ist it bad or do i need to prime it or ...
