It seems logical... Can anyone who isn't here to make fun of cheap crap engine products answer? I wanna know if this would actually do anything, spinning the air "sounds" like a neat idea. But I'm definately not paying that much for it..

The first "upgrade" you'll want is a grounding wire upgrade... make your own or buy it on ebay, it helps a lot. There's an idle issue with these cars, it likes to drop when you put any load on the electrical system, the grounding upgrade tends to fix this or lower the effects quite a bit. ...
