Re: My turbo V6 almost done, pics
HEY, you ever thought about mounting the IC on the top of the engine? Like they do to the WRX. Get a hood scoop and cut a hole.. BANG, Nice *** IC setup.
Heh, just a thought.![Welder :welder:](./images/smilies/welder.gif)

MAF to VAF???
On a 92 rs (thats the sohc l4 model), is it possible to swap in a VAF to replace the stupid restrictive MAF from a GS or something? I know you can get a 2nd gen rx-7 non turbo MAF and that they are bigger (3" opening instead of 1"), but f**k, I hate those things. I want a 100% opening VAF ...

Re: HOW FAST?
Hm.. I have the exactly same car as you.
I've done a little over 100 mph and had quite a bit more to go, but it doesn't get there all that fast..
I also haven't tested this fully yet, just haven't felt like it.
Why don't you? :p

uh.. That vaccume tube thats hanging? CONNECT IT. I asked about it recently, and everyone tells me it is NEEDED, and that the engine can run funny or not start at all. I don't know if this is true, but it sounds like it. As one person said "mazda doesn't just put random tubes in that have no us...

Re: anyone kept A/C with their BPT swap?
I live about 8 minutes west of uptown (my favorite place) on highway 7. I went searching for other MN people on this site, there are quite a few! Then I thought "man, we should have an MX-3 meet or something" we could drive around a bit, and then chill somewhere. Get food or take a trip to...

Re: Redesigned MX-3 Prototype 3D model
I have to say... The blue one is pretty, but that other color looks like a classy looking car, like a benz or something, and I HATE the classic look. Oh well, the "old version > new version" rule will always hold true.. For me anyway That car is cute though... in blue... no crappy color...
